RETURNS& REFUNDS

COMPATIBILITY

All of our products are region free. We guarantee our products will play in any Blu-Ray player that is compatible with BD-R type discs. Please ensure that your Blu-Ray player will play BD-R type discs PRIOR to ordering. If there are any issues with playback (and you are using a BD-R compatible Blu-Ray player)  we will replace the disc. All products must be returned in order to receive a replacement disc. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. An emailed video of the disc not playing will be accepted as well.

We do not guarantee this movie will play in any other type of device such as gaming systems (Playstation, Xbox, etc.), or Laptops & Tablets.  BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK and Forfeits any guarantee of replacement if attempting to play this movie in any other type of device.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from date of purchase to notify us if you would like to exchange your product.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Shipping cost & payment processing fees are non-refundable

Exchanges 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must return the disc only to be eligible for an exchange. We also will accept an emailed video of the disc not working. You can email the video to: 1onlinemovieshop@gmail.com

 

Return Shipping Charges 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to us are NON-REFUNDABLE

 

If you are shipping an item(s) that value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

NOTE: We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping (Within The USA)

For all orders shipped within the USA we offer two shipping options. They are USPS Ground Advantage & USPS Priority shipping. USPS Ground Advantage does NOT come with any insurance and we are NOT responsible for any lost packages during transit or any damaged packages during transit. USPS Priority will have insurance to cover any lost or damaged packages. We will ship to the address entered during checkout. If the package is returned to us we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost and the payment processing fee. The shipping cost and payment processing fee are non-refundable. 

International Shipping

International orders do NOT qualify for our free shipping program.
The buyer is responsible for all duties and or tariff fees associated with their order.
We ship to the address provided at checkout, if the order is returned to us for ANY reason then the shipping cost is NOT refundable. 
First class international shipping does NOT have insurance on the package. If it is damaged during transit, lost in transit, or held in customs we are NOT responsible and NO replacement or refund will be issued.
